Return Policy:

This only applies for merchandise shipped in North America and must be authorized by Grandpa's. As a valued customer, you may return your merchandise purchase, in its original packaging, for a refund or exchange within 14 days of our shipping date. Refunds and exchanges are honoured only on items that are free from damage and have not been used. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer has to pay the shipping and insurance cost. All shipments in North America are shipped USPS, FedEx or UPS Ground. You must pay all the applicable tax. International: All international shipments are shipped USPS and all Charges are actual cost.

The shipping rate calculated on this website is only for US and Canadian customers. All other customers please contact me prior placing your order.

The actual shipping cost might be lower than the rate shown on the website. Please, contact me to get a possible reduction in your shipping cost.

Damaged shipments must be reported immediately with the item(s), all papers, packing materials, wrapping, original boxes, etc. retained. Damage will be reported to FedEx, UPS or USPS and a damage claim initiated. Following inspection, merchandise will be replaced or refund of purchase price. Not responsible for replacement or refunds if full insurance coverage has been declined. No refund of shipping costs.
